I think blondie is still in the habit of doing her watchtower study... LOL

OFG, habit is too weak a word for why I review the WT. Anyway, I would bet that less than 5% of JWs actually "study" the WT so it is no habit for them.

I can't say "bless you" when someone sneezes either, and I don't always remember to thank them for saying it to me. Also, saying "lucky" is difficult, though I make a conscious effort to wish people luck where appropriate on here.

I always have the same thought when I shave myself: " I have to go to preach". It is like a flash, but I feel it is something I have to do.

I haven't kept anything Dubbie. Though I have yet to donate blood, but I think that is mostly my aversion to needles, than Dubbie-ness.

I get up at 6:30 on Saturday and Sunday mornings, which is actually earlier than the time I got up when I was a JW. That's mostly because sleeping in on some days disrupts my ability to sleep properly at night.

I still can't say "God bless you" when someone sneezes. Even though I know the silly reasoning behind not being allowed to.

I have that problem too. I've made it a practice to say "Gesundheit" to my bird whenever he sneezes, just so I can get used to it. I still like weird silk ties, even though I rarely have a reason to wear one. W

For the most part, I threw them habits out the window.... But I will say that my contempt for human authority figures(cops, politicians, bosses, etc...), prolly stems from my JW upbringing....

It is very difficult for me to put on a suit.

Whenever, I put on a suit it reminds me of being one of Jehovah's Witnesses all over again.

    Respectfully,

I have only recently stopped calling it "the truth".....I have replaced it with "the religion" or "that religion".......my JW relatives hate it when I refer to it in this manner, lol.
