The GB, jehovah and correcting grevious errors

  On a more positive note, I would like to add this little riddle (taken from the lord of the rings) that I feel gives a good answer to what eventually will take the GB and the Watchtower down:
  
  This thing all things devours
  Birds, beasts, trees, flowers
  
  Gnaws iron, bites steel,
  Grinds hard stones to meal,
  
  Slays king, ruins town,
  And beats high mountain down!

  I didn't see Lord of the Rings. Is it possible to solve the riddle without having seen it?

  ps. If you think you know what will eventually take the GB and WT down, don't keep us in suspense too long, because I want in on this project.

  I'd say it's possible to solve the riddle without having seen the movie . You do need to see the movie so I'm not going to tell you , of course I suggest you read the books first tho so you know the story and they are literary masterpieces of fiction . Loved the movies even tho peter jackson changed the story line some . I really feel that the evil slave took over the WTBTS so the refining work is not getting done , the association with the UN was something that totally shocked me , these people seem to only care about the financial end of things and is run by lawyers . Also none of the WTBTS has ever died as a martyr so I don't think they are the saints of revelation or 144k .

  Hello "greendawn!" You've posted more than I have! I love your posts such as this, however! Regarding the "GB," since when have they ever been appointed? I asked this to my "elder" brother, and he had no answer! I asked him why is it that this special group has such control, but have NO scriptural basis for their existence. Of course, he did not know how to respond. Anyway, there's NOTHING scriptural about the GB. It's a man-made doctrine that distorts Bible teachings! Since my last conversation (nearly 3 years ago), he no longer talks to me!

  The FDS doctrine is in the bible so anybody can stake a claim to it by assumption . All you gotta do is convince everybody else what's going on . Of course with the WTBTS record that's pretty hard to do .
