My name means "Who is like God?" Or "One who is like God", depending on the person defining it. Or it would, but my mom added an A to the end because every girl in the world in 1965/6 was apparently named Michelle or some variation of it. Mom wanted to be unique. Therefore my name means I spell it for people a lot and hear people say "Oh, thats kind of pretty" when what they really mean is-What the hell??? It means I had teachers tell me I was misspelling it, and that I was misPRONOUNCING my OWN name. . .They were going to name me Lisa but when I was a twin she wanted names that were 'cute' together. If she would have named me Lisa, I am convinced I would have been popular. . .
