Time in, 18 years. (I won't count the first year or two of my life as "out".)
Time out, 15 years.

Amazing
I was in officially for 25-years, and have been out officially for 11-years (in my heart for 14-years). The last 14-years have been some of the best years of my life in an overall sense. Though I have had some parts of ex-JW years I wish I could take back and do over again.

33 year in 20 out. But I was born in it. I think I only embraced it, tried to apply myself to it, for 5 years. I had to get baptized at 19 to please my inlaws, and to be able to marry my lovely wife. And for 5 years after that I tried to be the best, pioneered 1 year, ministerial servant for 5 years. Dissilusioned and dissapointed in 76. Walked away in 83.

25 years in, 22.5 of them baptised, and 11 months out. The 11 months have been better than any of the 25 years.
