I was thinking. This is a topic, that only people who are not jealous would respond too. As the term "Jealous" is put into such a negative light. Who would want to admit to it? right?

In the light you've referred to no I'm not a jealous person. I very rarely look at another woman scantily dressed bouncing her boobs walking toward my husband (ha this actually happened recently) and feel jealous. I know exactly what his response will be even if I wasn't right there to witness it. He's so predictable and that's what I love about him.
Now with my X husband if the same scenario happened I would feel a twinge of jealously but only in the sense that I would want to protect what is rightfully mine because he was also so very predictable......a cheater through and through and I only wanted to protect my home for our children's sake.
I don't think being jealous in the above example with my X husband is unwarranted. Jealously breeds insecurity and vice versa anyway it did in my first marriage. It also makes one suspicious, causes fears and envious resentments . Either way being a jealous lover or being with one isn't pleasant for the relationship in my experience.
I do think there is a healthy kind of jealousy where one should be solicitous or vigilant in maintaining or guarding their relationship which goes beyond but includes how each of you conduct yourselves at all times with regard to the opposite sex, period. Being that kind of trustworthy person allows you the freedom to understand that your man isn't thinking of getting into the pants of every hottie he sees and even if he thinks it he won't act on it, after all it's not the thought which gets you into trouble it's the action you put into the thought. We all have thoughts. Every red blooded man or woman can and will take notice of a hottie it's what you do about it that truly matters in the long run.

Naaaa...I'm not jealous...and neither is he. I figured if he wanted someone else he'd be with them...same with me.
I actually enjoy seeing nicely dressed and attractive men and women. He just enjoys seeing the nicely dressed and attractive women.
