After Armegeddon Whats the plan?

From the beginning of the JW experiance, I wondered what the plan was going to be after Armegeddon.

We are to expect so much destruction, billions of people destroyed (How many birds does it take to eat 6 billion people in a timely manner?) With the massive deaths and stuff to clean up........peoples bones for one, rebuiling and resurrecting the millions and millions that have died.....teaching them, and working to clean up the planet. What is the plan?

Even when I first started studying, I did not think we would see destruction any day. I could always think of a way things could get worse and I also thought it would take alot of time for that to happen.

A thousand years to cleanup and bring the earth back to a paradise condition, is that enough time? Can we really expect the Governing Body to be able to tackle this huge, global reconstruction?

Has anyone thought what, and how all this would take place? I'm just saying!

If there is not an organized, global, "government" how will there be order?

I have my own thoughts but what are yours?

ps I expect that I will hear alot of comments about there not going to be an Armegeddon.......and thats ok too.

    Purplesofa....

IF.....and I mean a really big IF, please note I did not say when. IF....then what? First things first. You need food, water and shelter. Look at what hundreds of thousands of dead bodies in Rwanda caused.....

    Priority no1: food, water, shelter.

Priority no2: security on those 3 items listed above.

If the destruction is as big as it is often thought and pictured, priorities no 1 and 2 are a hell of an issue to solve. Beyond that? Hard to see the future is....

    Cheers

Possibly they are "in training" with smaller disasters to better know how to do it on a global scale?

I think the plan is to have another fookin' assembly.

...and to applaud the Circuit Oversser when he moves into Donald Trump's old house.

other than that, "Jehovah jireh" (Jehovah will proivde).

Uh huh. Manna from decomposing roast beef, anyone? O, look, we know nothing about how to survive!

Come on now... We all know it will come lika theif in the "night"... Therefore, all the wicked worldy people will be asleep, and not working, and Jehobbah won't have to destroy all the wal-mart's, target's, costco's, etc... Then all the good little duddies will have a small supply of neccesities...

Awww, What the hell do I know...

This is a great subject for the dub. They'll go on an on about this and that in the "new system." After while you start to realize they aint got a friggin clue. Kinda of making it up as they go along.

If any sort of problem is presented to the dub they go into the, what I like to refer to as the "willy wonka" effect. That is to say, any problem the dub cannot figure out concerning the "new system of things" can be handled by invoking that Jehovah is the willy wonka of the universe and he will figure out all those pesky little details.

    It really is halirious,and sad.

I always wondered about this too. Keep in mind that I am not a JW, so I am kind of on the outside looking in. I even mentioned this to my JW friend.

It seems to me, from the way the WTS explains all this Armageddon aftermath, that I would be much better off not to convert, because it would seem I would be able to avoid a lot of hard work and gruesome cleaning tasks.

After watching all my non-JW friends, relatives, and children die a horrible death, I would get to see the birds and worms eat their carcasses. Then I get to go about the "happy" task of cleaning up their bones. Not to mention the fact that there won't be any bulldozers or power tools to help. From the looks of the pictures, it will all be done with wheel barrows and shovels. I'm not a very burley gal, so I think I would rather pass on that!

Then there's the resurrection thing. You have to teach everyone all over again! Even though the Bible specifically says we will no longer be teaching (Jer. 31:34; Heb. 8:12; 10:16-17), I don't know where those verses fit into the WTS, because it seems they have lots of teaching planned for forever and a day.

Am I crazy to think I would be better off going out at Armageddon? I mean, even if I did convert, I could end up losing my resurrection if I say or do something the WTS doesn't approve of. If I don't convert, I could screw up until the cows some home, and I still get to come back! I by pass the doors slammed in the face, the judgement of a bunch of KH busy-bodies, and I get out of all that gruesome hard manuel labor!

Am I on the right track?
