If by "peace movement" you mean being too self centered and self righteous to take up arms for the country that allows you to choose to BE a "peace movement"...you are correct. If by "peace movement" you mean silencing people who have been molested in order to keep the PEACE in your Kingdom Halls...you are correct. If by "peace movement" you mean condemning all other voices that speak of God but your own twisted hateful tongues...you are correct. Inactive: Yes, but do you have concrete proof that you are a "peace movement" and that you are the "largest?"
Elder: If you look at this bible verse....
Inactive: Do you have concrete evidence this scripture applies to you?
Elder: Yes, because we are the largest peace movement on the earth and that shows this verse applies to us.

Inactive: What movements toward peace have JWs made? Refusing to fight in a war is more like standing still, refusing to take action. What positive actions have Witnesses taken to actually promote peace?
Elder: Well, we preach...
Inactive: Preaching to gain converts is one thing. What actions have JWs taken to promote the cause of peace, as opposed to promoting the Watchtower society? If you ask any active JW why they preach, how many of them will say "We preach for peace"?
Elder: Thank you, your judicial meeting will be held next Saturday, and your DA will be announced next Thursday.
