Yup I never understood the "right heart condition" thing either, but maybe that's because I didn't have it.
I'm not sure what a song about heroine abuse would have to do with it though.

I had forgotten that phrase. Our service overseer used to go on about seeking out right - hearted people in our territory. I must have heard that phrase more times than I could possibly remember.

I remember that phrase being a catalyst in my realizing the Shitnoids were horribly FUBAR'ed. I mean, if you are born with the wrong "heart condition", how is that possibly your fault? What the hell are you freaks THINKING??
Every time I would here a cultist say anything about "heart condition" I felt nauseous.
