Hello Fullofdoubtnow: How long exactly is a fortnight?
And Hi Butters, you are my favorite South Park character.
I think there are many, like myself, who at first are "lurkers", then "readers" and finally get the courage to start posting. I have been looking at this site for 4 years, and began posting almost 2 years ago. Some friends of mine love to read the posts, but neither have decided to write any posts. Personally, I think it is very therapudic, and I'm thankful for all the "friends" one has on this site. I am still a "newbie", but my daughter, Lady Liberty, started posting later than I by quite awhile, and she is now a Jedi, with over 1000 posts! Each one does what then can, to the benefit of us all.

Hi Butters and everyone, I,m new too. I've been lurking for quite a while now, but finally signed up a few days ago.
I was raised a JW but have been questioning everything off and on for a long time. Seriously questioning
and reading "apostate" sites for about 6 months now. Now my husband is looking at the sites too.
We aren't ready to make any moves yet because of family and friends but I know the time will come
that we will have to take a stand. Anyway, I hope to get to know you folks and share experiences soon.
The time will come soon that I'll be needing support from people that have been through this. You all seem so
nice. Thanks for being here for us. V
Stillin4now,
welcome! I wish you all the best for the future!
The Pope
I'm still a newbie too. I like to read a lot, then make GIGANTIC posts. And it takes me a long time to make each one, so I don't get many posts per day. Quality over quantity. Well, they probably bore you all to death ;) .
stillin4now (seems to me like it would be stallin, but nevermind), I wish you luck. I'll be "going through" this for 2 more years, until I'm 18, it just depends if you want stories from a little kid ^^.
But the main thing I'm looking at is that you're husband looks too. I've seen far too many stories where one person leaves, and the spouse stays, and it all tears apart the family. I would hate that if it happened to me, and I hate to see it to happen to others.
I hope you both stick with it!
Thanks for the good wishes. It seems that my hubby and I were both silently questioning the org and
checking things out but were afraid to say anything to the other. Now that we are both on the same page
it will be easier.
What you need is a post like this one!!!
(note the # of this post) :)
