strength to strength eh? well i guess your idea of strength is my weak. if you went back in time to when the Witnesses were Bible students and prior to the predictions of 1975 you'd be looking at a much lively organization. Things are slowing down. Your on a sinking ship.

My Wife received this message from a close friend of hers. This person has a C.O. brother and other connections.

They are cranking up the hype with expectations without a doubt. This has to be coming from the top as too many sources

are reporting on it.

We're pioneering this month & it's been absolutely beautiful weather
(which I'm sure you have too) & we're really looking forward to the tract
distribution starting monday. Should really ruffle some feathers around
here (bible belt people). I don't know about you, but it sure feels like

Whatever. According to the Watchtower's own teachings, the separation of the sheep from the goats HAS NOT YET BEGUN. That separation does not take place until the Great Tribulation begins, and it is JESUS that does the separation work, not Jehovah's Witnesses and not the Governing Body.

Further, it is sacriligious for the Governing Body to insinuate to the faithful brothers and sisters that THIS tract work will somehow bring about the Great Tribulation. We all know, because the Bible tells us so, and the Bible is Jehovah's own infallible word, that NO ONE KNOWS THE DAY OR THE HOUR, not even Jesus himself. So the Governing Body are apostates - they are liars, vipers, filled with corruption - attempting to use the inviolate Word for their own twisted ends.

Honestly, Scotsman, if you're going to post here, at least do a little bit of homework beforehand, heh?

What I wonder is why Scotsman comes here. He knows it is an exJW site. We don't come out of left field with our comments on WT policy and teachings. They are always well documented from the horse's mouth so to speak. Actually Scotsman we saw the Kingdom news tract long before you... and that is true of other things too.

Also, Scotsman, weren't you listening at the last DA? Internet sites are dangerous to your spiritual health.

I was happy to read on another thread that "Amanda 001" received the tract and immediately looked up JWs online (and was none too pleased with what she found). Just proving once again that the internet is, or will be, the biggest cause of the WT's downfall. I sincerely hope that others who receive the tract will do just as Amanda did. I think the WT is trying to act tough, but deep down they must know they are losing ground big time.

Wait everyone! Why are you all condeming Scotsman? Do you not see he's a newbie? Yes, his comments were considerably un-enlightened but please don't attack him! He has the right to say what he wants just like the rest of us. Don't you all remember what it was like in the org?

He came here willingly, no one forced him. Notice how he hasn't posted again, we just might have scared him away. I know you're all just trying to help, but please show some more compassion. Just the fact that he's here shows he is questioning the watchtower which is our goal in the first place. He's probably just an individual, he's certainly not the borg itself. In the spirit of Jesus Christ, we have to be willing to offer friendship to those who disagree with us. I learned that lesson when I got into a heated arguement with Gumby a while ago.

KW13: Thanks for the words of encouragement. It really is sad how short the memory of the rank and file is. They truly believe this is radical and new and divinely inspired.

I'm sorry for sounding so harsh, I really do love you all. But I think we can get a little carried away sometimes. After all, many of us were once like Scotsman. How would you have felt if you opened up to strangers and they reacted like this?

I am SURE there will be some more "interesting" breaking news in the near future. If only the borg leadership would cleanup their own mess and make amends to those that are still alive. I guess the mental state of ALL JWs should be in question since they follow a human leadership and refuse to follow a divineleadership.....do you know the difference?
