Dunno, but I don't trust someone to such a thing when they can't quote the bible correctly and can't tell the difference between "lose" and "loose".

And exactly what is a "Hall Overseer"?

Probably an "Assembly Hall Overseer". Most Circuit Assembly halls in the US have 3 or 4 apartments built into them - one for the DO, one or 2 for visiting Bethel speakers, and one for an Assembly Hall Overseer, who lives there full time, collecting the mail, overseeing the weekly cleaning, etc.
