While the dubs were so looking forward to telling the world how false religion was going to end ( wonder how that went for them) I got to thinking, What special event are we looking forward to in the next 3 months.
So right here, right now, what special event do you look forward to in the next 3 months. For me its going snowboarding and when its really miserble here heading down to warmer climate for a nice lil holiday.
The holiday season
Christmas and New Year are coming soon, and for the first time in many years I'm really looking forward to them.
Next week we are taking 4 day ferry trip to Alaska to see my brother. We are staying for 8 days, then getting back on the ferry for 4 more days.. hubby is calling it a "white trash cruise" Should be a nice, relaxing trip. and I can't wait to see my brother! His GF is pregnant with the first baby amongst us kids (kids, as in my parents offspring, none of us are actually kids anymore) and I am going to be an Auntie in the spring... so I am looking forward to getting to know the mother of my niece or nephew
We were going to make this trip last month, but the ferry had a little fire the day before we were supposed to go.... hopefully there won't be any repeats.. what is it they say? Red sky in morning, sailors take warning, red sky at night, sailors delight... unless your boats on fire!!

Im looking forward to trying to get pregnant with my partner! Were gonna start trying in December so I get my full maternity leave from work. If it doesnt happen im not fussed, but he really really wants to be a dad.
I'm looking forward to not having to cook the turkey for the first time in more than 20 years! My husband and I are celebrating Thanksgiving at my son's and d.i.l.'s house. But we're still having Christmas here, which I love.
I get almost a whole month off between quarters! I forget how much I appreciate my freedom until something comes along to occupy it. My husband and I are going to drive east for x-mas. We'll be in P-town (503) for turkey day.
Oooooooooo lets see, my sisters birthday is coming up and mine is on the 28th, thanksgiving is almost here (kinda) and i'm going to a Laker game on the 30th!
