I am smitten with Christmas music now. I love it - after 40 years of cringing at the sound of the season.

I just made a CD with about 20 different renditions of White Christmas. I am currently listening to the 'Three Tenors' version.

    God I love it!!!

Anything sung by Rosemary Clooney, including "White Christmas," is tops in my book.

I love that song. I always did, even when I was a jw, as my mum and dad played it a lot during the Christmas season. The Bing Crosby version, which is listed in the Guinness book of Records as the biggest - selling single of all time, is still my favourite.

I am with full of doubt now Bing Crosby but I must say Nat King Cole can make a grown man cry with his voice of Chestnuts roasting on an open fire I also like the one his daughter just put out voicing with some of his original sound tracks.

If Louis Armstrong did a version, it will be my favorite.

My favorite modern christmas carol? Cartman singing O Holy Night.

Bing Crosby. And Judy Garland for "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas."

    Discussion over. :-D

Yep...Bing for me too!!!! Hearing it all my life and secretly loving it, and the movie.

And I so agree, Judy Garland's rendition of 'Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas' is beautiful.

I now have the "Charlie Brown Christmas" by Vince Guaraldi CD. Pretty great.
