So my wife just got a job at a huge company where a witness friend works. We only have 1 car... Well my friend cant carpool with my wife to work because it would be imporoper for a man and a woman to be in the car alone. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR im so frustrated. That means I have to wake my ass up very early every morning, drive 20 miles out of the way everyday to take her to work! Gawd, my wife would never sleep with him.... hell no one would sleep with him LOL. But anyways what a bitch, he lives right down the street too so it would be perfect :'(

Anyways I'm ranting too much again.

I agree, that sucks. Amusingly, many Witnesses just ignore the chaperon rules anyways. I know my wife and I (in good standing, she a pioneer) ignored them when we were dating.

So pathetic. I've always thought so. Seems as though those who are looking to have affairs always find ways to do so even with the JWs running around squawking about single men and women being unchaperoned. Rules don't cause people to be moral.

Too bad this guy is so afraid he's gonna be gossiped about for carpooling with a neighbor....or maybe he's afraid he won't be able to control his own animal passions.

Is your wife a witness? Because maybe it could work out if they studied for the meetings together on the way to work, or he could witness to her, or she could break him down apostate style on the way to work. Positive: save ga$$$, sleep more, Negative: she could become a witness and leave you for him - ha ha

IT IS SO MIND-NUMBINGLY STUPID! I doubt any Dub would think twice if he was asked to drive your 6 year-old to school and I think recent history has shown how dangerous THAT can be.
