I too, collect and save everything but I am pityful at organizing it.
Seems like I've saved some of the same WTS quotes over a dozen times.

Lady Lee, thanks for the info I will file it and save it. Mangaging data on a computer can become challenging. I feel torn between information overload and Kiss ( keep it simple stupid)

I think the repeated saves of the same file has it's merits.
Do DVDs use the same method to save files as CDs? I now have a DVD burner but I haven't used it yet. I know I can seriously reduce the number of CDs I have by burning them onto a DVD
