Notice how the so-called apostates "sneaked in" or "slipped in" and tried to get people to follow them? The WT uses these terms to make it seem like apostates are everywhere and are undercover trying to sneakily undermine their beliefs and that we wish to make them followers of ourselves. lovelylil

    Those evil apostates:

I like to read and post these watchtower articles once in a while. I just find it fascinating how the articles

smack you in the face as being ludicrous when you have been out for awhile.

    Your just now noticing this?????

    Noticing what ?

I guess this makes you a hypocrite then huh?

    No it doesn't.

This journal, as well as other material produced by Jehovah’s Witnesses, has repeatedly warned of this particular danger. Therefore, anyone you meet in a chat room ostensibly set up for Jehovah’s Witnesses is, at best, a person who disregards such counsel. Do you really want as friends those who choose to downplay Bible-based direction?—Proverbs 3:5, 6

This forum isn't ostensibly set up for Jehovah Witnesses.

It's very obvious that this forum is set up for apostates who will suffer utter and complete annihilation.

I however will be safe and sound with my can of spam around my neck.

Outlaw, does the spam need to be a virgin unopened can ?

I find myself reading this paragraph over and over just like I remember doing with much of the

    WT. literature.

It doesn't actually make sense. No chat room can be set up ostensibly (seeming, professed, apparent) for practicing JW,s.

The WT says there are no chatrooms for JW,s.

So how can there be chat rooms set up that fool you into believing they are legitimate.

    I'm confused meeeeeeemooooories

moomancho..You can`t open the can of Spam till after your finished on the computer..You need 6 Japanese drummers to beat 6 Japanese drums, while the virgin opens the can of Spam..Once the can is open, throw the Spam can lid at the drummers.Share the Spam with the Virgin..Then sacrifice a goat in the back bedroom..Paint the front door with the goats blood, then nail the goats head to the front door...This will keep you safe from the Feared Apostates!..You would`nt have to do all this,if you just hang the dead chicken around your neck while on the computer..It`s in the Bible!...OUTLAW

Confusion would be eliminated if you clearly listed the source of your information.

I assume this to be a Watchtower quote? If so, what issue? Some other posters might think these to be your personal views as you add no commentary to the cut and paste.

Surely the article was not entitled what you posted. And this makes some think [at least at first] that you are a JW apologist with an axe to grind. For what it is worth.

    AK Jeff,

It's from the WT official web site I didn't make the title up. There are other articles warning about the internet too.

    Outlaw,

The spam way is too hard so,

    concerning the dead chicken,

can I hang a bucket of KFC around my neck it's chicken and it's dead?

Ah yes jonesy, twas fun. And exhaustive.

As far as jws and chatrooms, it was THE core topic in the YAHOO JW CHATROOM THAT WE APOSTATES CREATED. They reasoned to themselves and others that willingly logging into the room they KNEW WAS CREATED BY APOSTATES was ok because...

    it said JW CHATROOM.

    LOLOLOL!!!

Anyways, I could type for days telling stories and events in that room. So could jonesy I'm sure. You were a spitfire when you got going. LOL!!

I called N.Y. WTBTS several times to discuss the associations jw were having online, as a double life. It wasn't long after those calls that the FEB. 15 2004, (year might be wrong} came out asking it's "flock" if they were "wise or stupid for associating with apostates online". When I would ask jws this, it would burn them up. LOLOL

For the most part, all jws are hypocrites, on some level. Can't deny that. So it stands to reason they are where they shouldn't be. Thusly and obviously not "trusting and believing in jehovah {wt organization here on earth}". It's GOT to suck living that type of double life.

Notice the language that is employed:

tried to undermine the moralswith the purpose of morally corrupting those in the Christian congregation

They tend to steer away from saying that someone might take to task their flawed doctrines.

Take that you pro-JW sites. Not that the kids ever listen anyway, thinking in particular of the one that was sending those myspace messages.
