They say that they're not superstitious and that they don't believe in the "God of Luck" but they're scared of Christmas Trees, Crosses, Halloween, used clothing or furniture, apostates, saying good luck, cheers, bless you, and just about everything you can think of. If that's not superstitious what is? Sound like they think that their God is a wimp or something?
They don't believe in fortune telling but they try to do it all the time! 1914 for instance!

But before they are appointed, Jehovah's checks his records to make sure that they have put in enough Field Service hours.

......that theocratic order dictates that elders and Bethelites follow hundreds of man made rules to please Jehovah. Examples of stupid rules: Elders MUST wear a suit (no jacket and different colored pants) for elders giving Sunday public talks. .......You MUST go to a Society approved hotel "on the list" to stay at a convention site......You CANNOT visit Bethel and have a shirt with a logo on it.....
