(((((HUG))))) my heart goes out to you. I had a daugter that was suicidal for 5 years, she attempted twice. Fortunately she got help and overcame this problem. No matter how bleak things may seem, where there is life, there is hope. Problems can be overcome, things get better. Never, never never give up.

Suicide indeed is a horrible thing....My brother-in-law commited suicide 20 years ago, and when I think back to that day, it is as if it happened yesterday...there is a hole in everyone in the family's heart who lost him that day....I only suggest that if you are feeling sad, and depressed to reach out to someone....anyone, to help you get through the sadness you are feeling!

Thank you ((((everybody))))!! I'm still (of course) very sad and am going through the motions of grief.

and if possible to keep in touch with her so she can share some of her moms memories with you....

This made me cry. She looks exactly like her mom. There are plenty of stories to tell. She was my partner in crime, afterall. Sometimes literally! Lol

If any good can come out of such things, remembering the title of this thread has got to be it. These events hurt a lot of people.

Tijit might help to think about it from her perspective...i dont know why she did it..what the lead up was or what help if any had been offered..but she didnt do it out of selfishness..as is so often said..wtf...she did it because the pain was no longer bearable..the ever present mind heart soul numbing pain that just wouldnt go away however hard she tried.....

I couldn't have said that any better. I KNOW some of her pain, but not all. I ache inside because of what I do know. It's so sad.

The guilt is here for the time being. I'm so sorry to all of you.

I never really thought I'd be in the position of losing someone in this manner.
