In your letter, you may wish to consider using the fact that you can telephone the DPI and give the DPI number. Ms I. Osc at the UN will confirm that the highest levels of the WTS, MR. W.L. Barry and a head writer, signed the WTS's application form they used to solicit the DPI back in 1991.
