The maker of human beings is recalling all units manufactured, regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary central component, or heart. This is due to a malfunction in the two original prototype units, resulting in the reproduction of the same defect in all subsequent units.

The manufacturer, who is neither liable nor at fault for this defect, is providing factory authorized repair and service, free of charge, to correct this S-I-N defect, at numerous locations throughout the world.
I know this little story is supposed to be humorous but I can't help but notice something.
A recall means that there was a defect in the product or an error in the design leading to malfunction. If Ford recalls one million cars due to bad wiring, then the designer of that wiring system is at fault. Ford, being the designer, or who authorized the design and subsequent release of cars with that design, is liable for any problems that arise from cars that malfunction due to defect.
Now, according to this email, humans are being recalled due to a malfunction in the "primary central component". Since there was only one designer involved in this component, surely he would be liable and responsible for this malfunction.
But notice how the recall notice tries to shift blame away from the designer.
Again, I know this is supposed to be a light hearted approach to try to get people to the hall, but if God was perfect and can create only perfection, how did he allow the first two human designs out of the factory with a defect that subsequently defected all other units that came about later?
