Anyone watched link TV on Dish Network? They have reports from Reporters Without Borders, similar to Doctors Without Borders. They give a much more balanced coverage of the war in Iraq because they are not owned by any of the big news conglomerates.
One thing is for sure. The whole war has been a major catastrophe. The only way that country was held together was through a brutal dictator that kept all the factions in check through fear and torture. The hatreds in that part of the world go back centuries. How does anyone fix that? Powell warned Bush that if he broke it, he better have a plan to fix it. Guess that warning went unheeded.

The only reason Bush was elected was because the Supreme Court shut down the Florida Supreme Court and stopped the recount. I live in Florida and I know what happened here during the election. You know not what you speak of. You can thank Katherine Harris for her nice piece of work in Florida. The funny thing is that after she made sure Bush won Florida, the Republican Party turned their back on her when she ran for the Senate. Every now and again the Republicans get it right.

Just when I think you have said the most ignorant thing possible, you come up with a new gem. In your 51 years of life have you learned anything other than hate? Please keep up the "thinking" as it provides a great deal of entertainment. Again, I hope you are right. I hope that people that "think" like you are in the minority 20% (hopefully less, but I will take 20%).
