Pardon my one-sidedness, but that country should have been wiped off the map 15 years ago. No rangers, SF, tactical air strikes. That country has no saving grace. And no oil. Nothing but hatred, death and destruction.
It reminds me of that X-Files episode, where Mulder meets this genie who grants him three wishes. He wishes for world peace, and she wipes mankind from the face of the earth. The only way Somalia will be stable is if there's no one left there.
