We finally made the decision last night... Though we will miss our ex's in Texas... we are headed to Washington.

For those who are not familiar with Washington, Richland is not green and wet like the Seattle area, but more like an arid dessert. The are does have some of the best school averages in the country.

We'll be there next month. Any kingdom halls there?

Good luck with the move Bryan, I hope it works out really well for you

I expect there will be one or two in the area. You can always contact Brooklyn and find out, if you really want to.

Why, are you wanting to christen your new direction in life with a ritual toilet papering?

Yes, excellent. Leave them thinking what came first, the chicken(shit) or the eggs....

Richland is a pretty cool area. I lived in Kennewick for a little over a year. There are a couple of people on this site from there.

You will probably like it there. Western WA is a nightmare with too many people, too many appts and condo's along with traffic that is nothing short of a nightmare. The crime rate is not improving either. Thirty years ago western WA was a great place but since then we have been invaded with no sign of it ending.

You will be just a few hours from the ocean and even fewer from the mountains. Actual mountains with glaciers not what the southerners refer to as mountains.

I'm in WA as well, but not near Richland. I hope you like it!

Well that explains your name then, liquid sky!!

BrentR, I grew up in this state and have lived many years on the western side. AVOIDING the bigger cities and their problems, you can find some nice relaxing places to live.
