Your wife is a lucky woman nic. (who knew???? )

I agree with the people who said romance and anticipation.....and add being unexpected...I mean you're pretty sure it's going to happen and you have dreamed about it and wondered about it but you don't know when or where it will happen...and then when you least expect it he grabs you and pulls you to him....and you look into each others eyes and fleetingly your mind whispers "oh wow this is it"...and then....uuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...aaaaahhhhhhhhhhh....yesssssssssssss.

    don't get me started Nic ... ...

How can you say something as nice as this "God exists only in a kiss where there is no room for cold logic and reason" and finishe with this "But he ain't out there in the cold, dark, starry awesome universe!! "

    it's not a question ... I know, I know, I know

Now I'm not going all girly or anything but kissing is still GREAT! If my wife is, for example, preparing a meal I might be able to kiss her on the side of the neck while she's peeling the potato's. I know what you're thinking, 'that Nic's a smooth ol' romatic operator'!

But truthfully, if that 'kitchen kiss' gets a response . . If her hands drop to take it in . . If she turns around to kiss me back! Oh holy god in heaven, she makes me feel 18 again.

yah, watching her eyes close a little and her lips curl into a smile...there's nothing better

A great kiss. I have to say here is a great kiss described.

A great kiss has the perfrect amount of lips. Not a freaking slobberfest. A tounge that is willing to wait and tantilize until the right time to enter. There will be none of this dead fish tounge (like a guppy dazed that it is even there.) A great kiss has the right amount of love added to the lust and the anticipation of more kisses to come is the best part.

To lock lips and not want to part is the absolute height of excitement. When there is not a nasty body attatched to the lips is a huge addition to the kiss. To open your eyes and peek and see the persons eyes roll back in their head, well that makes the kiss all the better and a kiss that makes involuntary moans slip through the person being kissed is enough to make this gal land in a puddle on the floor.

A kiss accompanied by hands on the face and placed in the hair and nuzzling with cheeks and necks and a bit of teeth on the bare skin...well you get the idea.

Now to finish my morning coffee......

A truly great kiss to me is feeling the passion in the kiss, knowing that at that moment that person is only thinking about kissing you and feeling your lips and you are thinking about the same thng. To me, its feeling that feeling while you are kissing.

responding to each other's lips, and tongues. that's part of what makes a kiss so nice.

There's a scene in Boston Legal where Tara is tantalizing Alan Shore with "Christmas Eve"

It’s not the part where the lips actually touch; it’s the part just before that . . . when they’re so close. When you know it’s about to happen. You can almost feel it,

taste it—I like that bit to last forever. Don’t you just love to make it last forever?

    yeah. like that.
