Even worse, we RE-elected Blair. Thats if you want to believe that your vote counts. In in dictatorship, such as Neo Labour, its not the votes that count, it's who counts the votes.

We have a postal system that doesn't work. People talk about these red boxes that people call 'post boxes' although i'm not so sure. When American's ask me for tracking numbers on parcels, I can't give them any. It's more of a case of 'look mate, we stick it in a red box and hope for the best'

Worse than that, we talk about the weather incessantly, even in chat-up lines:
"Come here often? Looks like it might rain soon. You'll catch a chill in that little slip of nothing you're nearly wearing, let me lend you my jacket as I walk you back to my place..."

Yes! The Weather is another one. It's a superb conversation starter here in Britain. If you say hello to a stranger I can guarantee you that it will only be a matter of time before somebody looks up and mentions the weather. Here's another one, local councils. They get the street sweepers to clean the streets on a tuesday, and then, on the wednesday, the bins get emptied! If that isn't bad enough, the emergency services located in the north of the city are called to the south of the city in case of emergency, and those located in the south of the city are called to the north!!! lol
