Jim,
I am sure you will recognize their music if you heard it.
Drop a club hammer on your toe while you are pronouncing the name 'Roxeanne'. Recognize it now?

Every breath you take
Every move you make
Every bond you break
Every step you take
Ill be watching you
Every single day
Every word you say
Every game you play
Every night you stay
Ill be watching you
Oh, cant you see
You belong to me
How my poor heart aches
With every step you take
Every move you make
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake
Ill be watching you
Since youve gone I been lost without a trace
I dream at night I can only see your face
I look around but its you I cant replace
I feel so cold and I long for your embrace
I keep crying baby, baby, please...
Oh, cant you see
You belong to me
How my poor heart aches
With every breath you take
Every move you make
Every vow you break
Every smile you fake
Every claim you stake
Ill be watching you
Every move you make
Every step you take
Ill be watching you
Ill be watching you
Ill be watching you
Ill be watching you

it's funny that a band called "The Police" would have lyrics that go:
Every move you make
Every step you take
Ill be watching you"sting". as in "sting op"? lol, j/k
but hey, if it goes with a nice tune, count me in. ;)

Sting has often commented that Every Breath You Take is one of the most popular wedding songs in history, yet it was written about political paranoia! It's like a love song from a psycho stalker. Funny how people will miss the point if you put a dark message to a romantic melody.
Sting once said that he had this knack for writing the darkest material to the most beautiful melodies!
I'm a huge Sting fan, and love The Police, but have given up on going to concerts for big stars. Went to see Dylan a few years ago, seats in the 8th row, and ended up looking at the asses of the jerks in front of me who refused to sit down. Emptied a pocket full of change flicking it off the back of their heads!
You can catch most big names on video or TV and get a hell of a lot better show. I'll stick to live music seeing equally talented musicians that most people haven't heard of yet.
