Of course they will. Did you say entities? Isnt that pretty much the same as spirits? lmao.......ok, paranormal, or spirit forms show up only on the infrared! It picks up on heat and energy. If i cover it, your right they will disappear!

It looks like the freezer is very close to where you are filiming which would throw out infrared heat.

Also if you looked at the site I sent, even ice cubes throw waves. So your floor, may be sending out waves of infrared to your camera with bursts of heat compared to room temp.

Ok, if i set up in the back room where the washer and dryer are, and unplug the suckers, and tape......get something, would that work? There is nothing back there that i know of that would set of waves.....oh wait, would the breaker boxes do it? Not being a smart ass, im serious! Could they?

I think the plasma traps and ionic beam ray guns only work on full body apparitions .LOL The only thing you can really do now is to try and find out what other types of phenomena can produce that type of anomaly.

In my experience, what you are seeing is an insect. I don't know this to be sure, but what was the temperature that night? If it was warm enough, perhaps it was an insect. If you ever get the chance, take your night vision camera and point it where you know insects to be, and you will find it will be very similar. I am not saying this isn't something valid, it's just something to think about.

Does your basement have a dirt floor? Is it relatively clean as far as dust? Did you have the heat or a/c on that night? I don't know.. we have the A/C on right now in Texas since it's been warm. Are your windows secure so that not many bugs get in? You might try to use an external IR light to capture even additional footage. You can get one off Ebay relatively cheaply. In this video clip, I don't think it was dust, as it did not move as a dust mote would, but then I don't know if you had any vents on or anything.

We have cement floors that were just swept a few weeks ago. I tried kicking up dust last night, and saw nothing in front of the cam, so I agree its not that.

Last week we had a windchil of -32............its extremely cold here.

I have not seen one bug in my house this winter yet....not saying there cant be some in the basement. But the basement isnt heated and there are no vents.

Ok, I will say this so a sceptic can rip me apart. I think I mention this before, not sure. I bought the cam because of what I saw in my sons room, which he will no longer sleep in.

I saw a shadow of a person coming from behind my sons door, where he had his nightlight on. I thought it was him, so I opened the door all the way, the shadow dissapeared, and he was still in bed. We blamed it on the fan........and I never told him this.

I checked the next day, while the fan was still there and on, (at the same time as the morning before, still dark out) and there was no shadow............so who knows. It was a bit odd.
