I don't feel that you hijacked my thread. In fact, through your questions I have now discovered how to insert quotes. And I enjoyed the ongoing discussion.
Thats good. I think the discussions on these 'signs' and other points are interesting even if we do have different viewpoints on some points. Its keeping my brain active and stimulated unlike its previous zombie state.
I asked an elder friend about 1799. Of course, he never heard about it. And I'm convinced he also doesn't care to hear about it.

I don't mind if we have different views, but we can still remain on good terms.
The most important thing is that you remain true to yourself and do not allow others to impose their views. "Every man shall give account of himself to God".
