Well, now Jehovah Witness men can have beards. I remember when I first began to study and I was going to attend a meeting after work. I asked my Bible Study Conductor if I could wear dress pants as long as I looked presentable. She adamantly said no and stated that I would have to wear either a dress or a skirt. I proceeded to do just as I had been instructed. Then, about one year or so, JW.Org allowed female Jehovah Witness to wear dress pants.
