Some JWs like to tell ex-JWs that the Society has never said in print to shun people who just leave.
This is true, but tell that person the moment you try to put up Xmas lights and two JWs see it, you can be disfellowshipped, and then the shunning occurs.

I believe the new Organized book expresses that very thought. Plus, give an average "worldly" person a copy of any Watchtower that blatantly tells a JW how to shun and ignore a df'd one. Some WTs even lament that they can't do what the Israelites used to do---stone them to death!

J W's believe that the world is ruled by Satan the Devil. They believe that Tony Blair , George Bush and all other leaders are simply the puppets manipulated by satan's demons. Those governments will shortly turn the world into an armed camp of totalitarian rule, and then God will slaughter everybody except them , who will live on Earth forever and not age and keep pet lions and tigers , and all the dead will live again on earth (well nearly all) and you might get to meet Einstein or Cleopatra one day ....
