I remember the rumors, my children loved the smurfs, so I asked an elder and he said not to worry about it unless an article was written in the WT about it. But that I should be aware of spiritism that might be in what we watch.

I don't know much about smurfs (there was something alright but not such a big fuss where I lived)
Where I went to congregation they made a huge fuss about Alf series like some sort of demonic messenger lmao
