We joke around alot, with the I love you's........
Yes we say it, but then other times it goes like this:
He calls and says...."I just called to tell you I love you today!"
Me? "LIAR!" and we both laugh.
Or he will call and say " I just called to tell you that YOU love me today!" LOL
Its all good fun!

Of course. We can talk about anything, laugh alot...talk about the Jw's, even though he is catholic lol. Of course every relationship has its ups and downs...but we are usually up!

My boyfriend is Agoraphobic. For the first 9 months or so of our relationship, we didn't go out in public together. Just the thought of going out gave him major anxiety attacks. Our "dates" consisted of watching TV in my living room after my daughter went to bed. I showed him how much I love him by being there for him every step of the way and not forcing him to do anything he wasn't ready for. He went on medication about 6 months ago and things are better...we go out together now...but there are still places that are difficult for him to go. It doesn't bother me in the least. He treats me like a princess and makes it so easy for me to love him.

I work in a field that puts some pressure on my relationship.
As a professional piercer, its my job to look at people with their clothes off, and since piercing is usually a big deal to most people, they want to take pictures with me, or at least hug me before they leave.
So naturally, its weird for my girlfriend. but she understands, and deals with it.
When i get bored, I write silly little poems, about how much I love her left big toe, or something similar. It really puts a smile on her face.
So, I try and surprise her with little things, stupid little rings, or flowers, or a fancy dinner.
Being really spontaneous keeps her happy, and me too.

I can understand that, Rich. It's a little different, but my boyfriend does web design for porn sites. He looks at porn all day long. Bothers me a little, but he makes it up to me. ;)
