Now we get reminded that tipping (in the U.S.) your server at a restaurant is a common and accepted custom!
I've always taken this to mean that there are problems every year that get back to the big boys.
I remember one newspaper after the witnesses left the Philadelphia area that said
"Witness come to town with the Ten Commandments and Ten Dollars and didn't break either of them."
Tipping has and always will be a problem with them, the cost of the DC is too much to handle, they really don't feel like being there, they burden the flock with senseless meetings and expenses.
