Why? That's a GREAT question. If we believe in God, don't we have to believe He could understand our motives and true thoughts including sense of humor? Have we been trained to perhaps be afraid to feel things that we might actually feel, restricting the flow of ideas and thoughts gifted to us?

I'm not sure why I felt that way about your post. It's really quite amusing but at the same time not. I got thinking, what if God and Satan really did think of us (the human race), like that. Like we were just objects for their entertainment. I don't really believe in the whole god thing any more either! Sometimes I think I've just got a bit too much imagination.
