Yes needproof, Gill, badboy, and found!
I have high-ranking contacts that work for the Universe and they inform me that mankind is about to enter a new era
of peace, love, and harmony made possible by the relentless onslaught of reality-based information. Just look at our
kids! They enjoy free, unfettered minds.

It's the coming of the age of Aquarius!
The two constellations will fight in the heavens as one replaces the other, just as light fights darkness, and this is why in Revelation it says that 'war broke out in heaven'.

Reading this thread made me think about the Bible.
Although, I do not adhere to nor support any religion
per say, I think the Bible has certain values in life.
For example, a number of governments including the
United States and Great Britian base there laws at
least in part on the Bible.
Certain books and chapters of the Bible such as
the book of proverbs, if properly applied, can
enhance an individual's quality of life.
Whether or not an individual believes it is God's
word or not, one fact that is certain is that
it has stood the test of time.
Just another perspective on the matter.
Respectfully,

The WandererIP: tLtPF4StVCwtDzcq I have great respect for you wanderer. Regarding your post, may I humbly submit that what the Bible has right is simply time-honored, universally-observable common sense?

Thank you Nvr, it is nice to know that an
open-minded discussion can be had without
insults being hurled at one another.
Many thanks,

No problem need proof, but just out of curosity
what is your view of the Bible? I am not talking
about religion, I mean the book itself.
Do you think it carries any practical value or
do you regard it as a "fictional storybook?"

I too do not adhere to any religion, and never will return to a christian based religion...but I agree that the Bible has value, was written with wisdom, especially proverbs, and even tho I am not a believer, I respect your viewpoint, and agree with you that the Bible has stood the test of time with the principles of how to treat one another. I really enjoy a discussion where there are no insults hurled, just shared opinions and thoughts with one another.
