Franz was Rutherford's ghost writer so whatever Rutherford taught was basically parroted by Franz.
1935 was Rutherfords announcment of the "great multitude" so according to Rutherford 1935 had significance. As time went by, the doctine concerning 1935 was bolted together. Franz contrives some doctrine about 1935 in his "loaded language" masterpiece "Babylon the great has fallen - god's kingdom rules" which was written in 1963.
