Once again the witnesses are being pushed out there for new track work, inviting people to the District convention for the summer.

This is the third time in a few months that they go nuts in trying to cover their territory.

Another way to try to get the dead witnesses out there and preach.

    When will it end?

Do they get to do the tract thing during regular Sat hours? Or do they have to add an extra day or something? If the tract takes the place of the regular Sat fs, then doesn't the normal fs suffer? (in the mind of a jw)

Speaking of 'going nuts'... I know that around where I live, there are at least 3 to 5 new sub-divisions going in. Lots of new homes going up. Lots of folks moving in to them...

Lots of new 'territory' to cover.

As a sidenote - there is this couple that eats breakfast at the same restaurant/coffee shop that I do. I usually see them on the weekends - Saturday & Sunday.

It appears that their Sunday meetings start at 10am... as they are there from around 8:30 to about 9:30. Just in time to get there and find a seat and sing the song.

On Saturdays... sometimes methinks that they skip the 'field service'... as they are there after 9am... which is usually the time that they gather, discuss (or cuss) their 'daily text', and then dismiss to go door-knocking. Of course... if confronted, I'm sure their cover story is that they are going on return visits - or some other activity.

It just makes me smile to watch them... knowing as I do that they are JWs - and them not knowing me - or that I used to be one... heh heh heh

    Regards,

    Jim TX

Any excuse to help with the yearly stats of active publishers....

They won't come here with one anyway.

Hurry, scurry and worry. What a miserable lifestyle! All because of a silly tract that somebutty in New York said you should deliver.

Do they ask for donations? Doesn't make sense, to just give out tracts, no matter how small, if they don't ask for donations. The money has to keep rolling in.
