Would you rat out an Elder

Instead of giving in to the base human emotion of vindictiveness, you may be able to use this situation to help the elder to see the light and leave the organization. I heartily recommend a heart-to-heart with him about a little thing called reality. If he in turn plays dirty or in some other way acts like an a-hole, you know what to do.

I agree, that is worse then telling the elders. I wonder if his wife tolerates lap dances?

Sorry, but the two witness rule would keep it from becoming anything other than seemingly vengeful behavior on your part. Was there someone else there who can confirm it?

In actuality, aren't you supposed to give HIM the opportunity to come forward to the elders and seek help for his transgression?

Maybe you could call him and ask him if he's yet sought counseling from his fellow shepherds. Tell him he has a week.

I know his wife and she would definitely have a cow.

Since I have only faded, not DFed, the elders would probably used this as a way to get to me and he would survive unscathed.

It would however have a huge effect on how he and his family would be viewed by the congo.

He is 3rd generation elder(that I know of) and comes from a very "super righteous family".

His comment to me about speaking to me was probably said out of his being nervious about being seen by some one who knew him.

He is afriad of his parents and he works for his father in law, he has a lot to lose.

We were so - called friends years ago, but he dropped me as soon as I began to wake up out of my coma and think for myself.

I pity him more than anything else.
