I doubt that governments would pay for this-but, I would take it, as long as they never ran out of new episode of SpongeBobSquarepants cartoons.

I would take it. But there would be some big changes in my life. I'd love to go back in time when I wasn't aching. When I had more energy and when I could remember what I just said.
The life beyond is an unknown for me.

It would be good for those that have a pleasant life but obviously not for those who have to lead a miserable life so the issue is relative. Perhaps that's why there is only a limited lifespan to ensure that no one suffers beyond a certain point.
