Does anyone know from the inside whether elders are having to counsel more doubting sheep, due to the Internet?

Oh yeah Me for one Course I lied and said I found it out on my own through studying their books !

I was this close to getting reproved but I backed down and just said Yes sir ! may I have another !

By the way if I were to go out in field service I would probaly be a MS with the standard of MS's in my hall.

I left the JWs back in 2001. It was the internet that assisted me in leaving. At the time I had several nagging doubts in my mind. Shortly after getting connected to the internet I decided to check out what former JWs were saying. I ended up doing lots of research using both the internet and the Watchtower publications, and learned out why I was having those doubts that kept troubling me. Long story short, I learned that alot what the Watchower was claming was bogus, false prophies, and many other things.

    Welcome Irish Rose!

Yep, I too had those nagging doubts. Couldn't put my finger on what they were exactly until one day I went against "the Society" and googled JW's. The rest is history!

Wow I hate that site, no one really makes a convincing argument for anything, but there sure are alot of arguments.
