My GS was snoring....she didn't even want to sleep with me...she didn't even care about it. My 2 cats were at the door growling and hissing. My biggest cat was right at the edge of the door all furred up sniffing the outside...they kind of got that backwards. The cats should have been running and hiding while my GS was growling and getting all furred up. She probably was thinking.."man, these humans are scared of an annoyance". Oh well, I'll just sic my cat on them..

Racoons generally outweigh domesticated cats, and racoons, cute as they are, are completely UN-domesticated, and like Alf the Melmacian, they like the taste of cats - the OTHER white meat.

Oh, I so remember Alf and his "liking" of cats. That was one of my favorite shows when I was growing up.

It's almost 12am and I'm a bit nervous about going to bed. After this I'm going to try to get some sleep. I put my balcony light on so I hope it scares whatever it was away...whether it's a raccoon or cat, I don't want it scratching at my door at 3am.

Right now I hate the night...too spooky... Especially with a very interesting weekend between a creature trying to get in and the fire starting earlier this morning...(Sigh!)

I did sleep good last night, the balcony light must have worked. Nothing was trying to get in...or maybe it was Alf having a nice snack and saved me from the beast.
