Well, as I say the devil can read the Bible, and devil-worshippers say prayers, only to them the Lord is Beezlebub. One of the greatest things I experience in the witness process so far, is they really give you a thorough going over all the Bible topics. Starting from What the Bible Really Teaches, the two counselors frequently ask about your personal opinions on these "iffy" topics. There are a lot of Protestant Churches who will accept membership with less rigor. As a result many develop and harbor wierdly subjective opinions that may go unsurfaced until it is found out that they are serial killers. And angels are far from being mythological.

It is an important issue if a person is going to go about professing to be a minister. It is said somewhere the devil likes to disguise him/herself as being of the light.

I am gong over to the UFO thread now ...thanks for your opinions!

Have you ever thought that perhaps you're a servant of Satan and are being used without your knowledge? Perhaps you should worry about your own actions before you critique those of others.

If the Angel was attracted to Tupperware, then I'd suspect It was a disguised Demon.

i think i agree with a previous poster, why rain on her parade? My personal thoughts are following, we make our own angels... if we believe there are angels, then they are there... we make angels out of what we need... i mean, my kitty at one point was my guardian angel... we need it and our mind gives it to us... leave her be if it makes her happy... dont fall prey to the DUB need to make everyone believe the same as them

Think about this very, very carefully...

I'm afraid the meaning will be quite lost, DS.

Do you mean that someone who comes to you as an angel of light or even, let's say a complete and exclusive channel for god could in fact not have the best intentions for you? Be "Satanic" in nature?

You mean one could replace the name Lucifer in the bible each place it says Jehovah/YHWH??? Now that's just crazy talk right there (the bible says)

    LOL!!

The devil would cleverly disguise himelf as a messenger of light, i.e. minister of some kind, and who would suspect someone talking the walk? I'm not suggesting the Bible is anything but God's word, but people can be delusioned into thinking that after some study and even knowing the Bible well, that they are no longer who they once were. I'm no angel myself, fallen or otherwise, but you know what I mean? John Doe has the point -- sometimes you have to look at yourself, or your behavior as the enemy, and go from there.

The WT website has an article on angels, and it finally mentions protective guardians at the end, so as to accept their existence I guess. They can also help Jehovah's chosen ones defeat their enemies.

In conclusion, I decided the person (who is no Witness) poses a defensive position. I figure to just stay far away as possible from her, and all those demons as well.

My point was that some have found the WBTS, The Witnesses, share many characteristics with this false "messenger of light".

    theinfamousone:

    why rain on her parade?

Because her "parade" may be a sign of mental illness. She believes there are invisible people in her apartment. Unfortunately, the friend she has confided in seems more than ready to take her word for it, his only concern is that said invisible people may be double agents of what he imagines to be the enemy side in what he imagines to be some sort of inter-dimensional war.
