I have a bunch of 10x silvia, don't like it much do it every now and then, your whole world changes in a bout 60sec. I don't like the "I don't know where I am" feeling that I get trying to understand what is happening. Some people think the stuff is really great and some dislike it.

I never tried them and never want to try them I just use the usual mild stimulants, caffeine and theobromine (in chocolate) and the sedative that is alcohol. Otherwise I get into interesting altered mental states by missing out on sleep intentionally, sleeplessness induces some kind of strange euphoria a mixed state between being asleep and being awake.
Using addictive drugs would be a big mistake due to the intense and debilitating mental enslavement this produces.

...my nephew DIED of accidental recreational drug overdose as well...............

This is your Dad talking now. Please give what J-ex-W said some serious thought.
OK, this is your older brother talking now. If you're gonna do them, I've heard it's a good idea to do it with a group you can trust and have some designated "baby sitters" whose sole responsibility is to make sure everyone is doing OK, staying hydrated, not needing 911, etc. Even then, there's always a risk.
As for the heroin thing, that's just an interesting pharmaceutical fact that a lot of people get all wigged out about when they hear it. It has no real-world value since no one, not even a doctor these days, can be assured of a safe, pharmaceutical grade LIFETIME supply. But, according to Dr. Weil's book, several famous doctors in the early 20th century were high-functioning heroin addicts their entire adult lives.

I overdosed or was poisened by two hits of Blue Unicorn. I was sittin in Mc Donald's and the whole room flashed by me in a Kaleidoscope of colours. I saw my freinds sittin there and didn't know who they were. Everything slowed down and I felt this shit coarsing through my veins. My girlfreind at the time came in and was visibly upset and crying. I knew this should upset me but it didn't. I had no feelings whatsoever. As the evening progressed she had no idea what had happened and how to behave around me. She took me to a park and left me lying on my back in three feet of snow. I have no idea how long I was lying there but I felt horror. I picked myself up after a while and proceeded back to the shopping mall wherupon I felt my legs going numb up to my head.It felt like I had a rubber head and I would be stupid for the rest of my life. Then I went to the ground and started doing the chicken but snapped out of it a little later. When I got up I went to find the most expereinced skin head named Andy to talk me through the trip. People were saying I was so gone they were getting high off looking in my eyes. It took three days before I got my mind back. Apparently John Lennon got so high on Lsd once he saw everything in black and white for three days.
One time I was with these ex cons who wanted to get high doing wall tokes. They got me doing 50 deep knee bends breathing deeply and exhaling as I rose up. At the end two of these guys got me to take a toke holding it in, and pressed on my chest. I passed out and hit the floor like a stone.
Ya I've had some good trips on lsd before, but there a time to take your money and run. Mostly now I might smoke a bit pot. Getting older and the dangers I'm more aware of now.
I was living in a glue house once and we were all huffers. I literally hallucinated in my closed room that I heard these bells and a woman appeared and kissed me on the cheek my glue huffing bag turned into a rose. I went downstairs telling people I had just seen god. Another time I was talkin with a punk in his room and the whole ceiling opened up and I could see the sky then as I kept huffing I looked at my hand and it grew into a huge rubber appendage and then it started getting smaller and smaller till my hand melted down my arm. I was convinced while all this was going on that I was being interveiwed by him on international radio. I'm very glad that was only a phase.

I have never used any of those drugs but I've seen what happens to people who do. A few wise up and quit doing it - others become unable to function in life. Maybe the trip is cool, but the damage isn't. Don't fool yourself - at the very least it makes you stupid and poor.

GBL...What is the attraction at this point in your life? You are only 30...climb mountains, chase women, run marathons, the body is full of chemicals that can be stimulated for euphoric effects.
Do acid when you're in the old folks home and on the home stretch...then if you lose a few million brain cells it won't matter to you. No one will notice and if you have a bad trip its no big deal because you'll have nurses on hand.
