I decided to read the points in the OP critically, and try to honestly find the slightest problem.

None.

Worded differently, with supporting court documents, newspaper articles, etc., these points would make
a nice little weapon in the war on the WBTS.

Great points, OnTheWayOut....and it is very hard to see whatever the men of the WTS teach as "truth", when they themselves cannot even make up their minds on what the "truth" IS! Think about how MANY big changes and revisions were necessary to arrive at the "present" truth.....which in all likelihood, will change again...and again....and again.
