You said you had a "document from the internet that proves"...
In his mind: "document" + "internet" = Oh, no! Apostate material! Must not listen!

JW: Well all the society publications prove that the 607 date is correct. I'll bring some elders next time to explain that to you
So what gives the "Society" any more authority in the matter than the other historians? What makes him think the "elders" understand the matter any more than he does anyway?

Why does he need an elder to explain HIS beliefs?
How can anyone believe something they don't even understand?
Definately cultish behavior.

"...they do not believe God or Jesus does the judging either, rather it is the Watchtower appointee elders who do that! Being in his "right hand of control" and all!"
Frank75, can you provide a reference that confirms that? I'm not challenging you, I just need some proof that they've said this somewhere.

The elders are in possession of the
invisible secret decoder ringHoly Spirit. You have to let your imagination run wild, and then YOU can see it too! -

Nathan Natas, here you are:
"The Watchtower, July 1, 1992 Issue, Page 14:
AS SUPREME Judge, Jehovah has delegated judicial authority to his Son. (John 5:27) In turn, as Head of the Christian congregation, Christ uses the faithful and discreet slave class and its Governing Body to appoint elders, who at times have to act as judges. ( Matthew 24:45-47; 1 Corinthians 5:12, 13; Titus 1:5, 9)
