Chicago deep dish Pizza....the finest, and any Greek food from there! No comparison anywhere!.... Garlic mashed potatoes, Spanakopita, stuffed grape leaves, etc., etc.
Chicago has some of the best ethnic dining you have ever experienced. I have left off Mexican, Polish and Chineese food.
There is also the Chicago Hot dog....to die for!
