Sorry, but that is just too freaky for me, I doubt I could ever accept this.

I feel like a lesbian trapped in a man's body.

Doesn't the Adam's Apple give it away that she is/was a man?

Well not all men have Adams apples, and some heavier guys doesnt even show. I have a female cousin that is really skinny and she appears to have an Adams apple too, so that really doesnt make too good a predictor, however for the most part I guess you are right.

yes, women have an "adam's apple" but, is not noticable. it's more pronounced on men.

Tough one. If we're talking pre-op, then we're talking about a man that dresses like a woman. That would be way too freaky for me, no way.
If we're talking post-op, then we're talking about a guy that feels like he got cheated in the gender department, got handed a blue card instead of a pink one at the gender assignment desk, whatever, and has rectified the situation. That's a different question, but still pretty damned freaky.
I still don't know for sure, but I lean pretty heavily toward "No".
As others have stated, I have no problem with a person deciding to do that to themselves, just as I have no problem with a person choosing to worship a deity. But I don't want to date a theist, and I don't want to date someone transgendered.

So well put. I think that's something that should be told to a person once a friendship has been made. Not doing so, or waiting a LONG time would be very deceiving. There are certain things in life, people just oughtta be told up front and be given the chance to 1) make a decision for themselves and 2) show their true character--but I guess a person can only be given that chance if the other party involved wants to love and accept THAT person for who they really are!
They did a story on this once on 20/20. This woman (also an author) dressed as a man and went out with women, as a show experiment, later telling them she was a woman (who happened to also be a lesbian). Well.....some of the women wanted to still date her....she made for a hot guy!
