I have my own business which I run from home. Thanks to JWD I look at the site for around 2hrs a day; resulting me in losing lots of money.
What impact has this site had on you, good, bad or plain old ugly?

What goes through my mind reading your post is, You need some discipline and rules. Time for work is time for work. When I am at work I am not allowed to surf the net and I dont. I see some do, but I controll myself.
Your situation is a peril of being self employed. I work in a paramilitary organization, a jail, with a Major, captains, lieutenants, Sgts, monitoring every move I make. They warn us not to surf the net. So far I heed their warning. I dont like to be disciplined.
I have been out of the borg since 83 and probably as recoverd as I will ever be. If you are just recently out, you have a lot of data to process, and are in a major psychological recovery. So you could look at your loss of income vs the cost of going to a pshychologist, and they arent cheap and once you start going to one, who knows if you ever stop.
Since you are the boss, look at it this way. Just work an extra 2 hours a day. And when your done working this was your tv time or relaxation time. My father told me 8 hours for sleep, 8 hours for work and 8 hours for play. So you are into your play time.
