The whole organizatioin is much more structured and modelled exactly per any typical worldwide sales company rather than the pattern of the first Christian congregations.

Forscher is right. They adopted the Roman Catholic heirarchical structure. The RC structure was originally derived from the offices of the Roman government. Very military. Nothing new.

I remember being drawn to the Witnesses because they claimed to follow what Jesus said, that all should be brothers. No titles and no class distinction they said. No paid ministers.
It took me a while, but I realized they had numerous titles, paid ministers and a hierarchy that would rival any other religion or company. I found it extremely offensive.
As far as giving talks, I found it to be insulting to a woman's intelligence to put on silly skits for the congregation. I don't see any difference because they were still instructing the congregation.

As for women giving talks on the TMS they were different talks. I remember when they brought in the new program and boys only had to read a paragraph from a publication with no introduction or nothing. Of course it was still fair to say that so and so at 6 was in the school while sister so and so wasn't in it until she was 10...ugh..that and not even being able to carry a mic the way my male friends were allowed. Yes the gender standard pissed me off.
In the top flow chart, there are no lines going from the Elders and MS to Jesus and Jehovah. Revealing.

I agree with you about the silly skits they wanted the women to perform. I also felt it was an insult to my intelligence, not to mention that I hated getting together with women I didn't like or didn't want to know. I also was and am of the opinion that I was not there to make anybody feel "good". Pathetically, there were women there who loved the attention and liked getting on stage.
It is almost as if somebody dreamt this up because it made them feel all warm and fuzzy to see the 'womenfolk' all together like some kind of quiting bee. This person or persons had no concept of the fact that women in the modern world also in many cases have to go out and earn a living and have better things to do with their time.
This, along with other things too numerous to mention, offends me.
