    Here is some other advice concerning baseball. Get him hitting and teach him NEVER to swing at a ball over his hands or below his knees. ONLY pitch to him underhanded until he's 9 or 10 - Why? Cause this way he'll get level pitching. If you throw overhand the ball comes from a high vantage point and he'll pick up bad habits, hit poorly and get discouraged. Underhanded and belt high. Make it fun and he'll do it with you until you can't take it anymore.

    When he throws it's very important that he learn to bring the ball up with his fingers on top for control. I have a drill I would do every day for my Little League players to instill this.

    I should Youtube some of my throwing and hitting drills for little boys.

    That's very cool your son is into Baseball. That's my favorite sport to watch.
    You must be very proud of him!
